Capabilities
Four processes, one engineering team. From a first prototype to a validation batch, the same engineers own your parts.
CNC Machining
3-axis and 5-axis milling plus precision turn-milling, held to ±0.05 mm standard tolerances — ±0.02 mm possible, confirmed by our metrology team before we quote. Aluminum 6061/7075, stainless steel, brass, copper, carbon steel and engineering plastics.
3D Printing
Industrial SLA with 4–6 resin grades, SLS nylon PA12/PA11/TPU, engineering FDM up to PEEK, and metal SLM in 304 stainless steel. MJF is not offered.
Rapid Tooling & Injection Molding
Aluminum rapid tooling with 7075 mold cores, cut in about 3 days, running on all-electric presses. Insert molding included, for validation batches of 50–2,000 parts.
Metal Injection Molding (MIM)
MIM process validation for runs of tens to hundreds of metal parts, using Catamold 17-4PH feedstock with vacuum sintering.
Inspection & testing
Every part ships with an inspection report.
Dimensional results are captured on KEYENCE IM vision metrology and a metrology-grade SHINING 3D FreeScan Combo+ scanner, so the numbers on your report come from named instruments. Surface roughness, metallographic inspection and tensile testing from 10 to 50 kN run in-house. Reliability and environmental testing is quoted per project.

Prototype to production
One partner from prototype to validation batch.
Arterki is built around one engineering team that stays with your parts from quote to shipment, so the team that quotes your parts also plans the whole route: DFM feedback with every quotation, CNC and 3D printing prototypes, rapid aluminum tooling, then validation batches — with small-batch assembly in a controlled HEPA + ESD environment.
- DFM feedback with every quotation
- CNC and 3D printing prototypes
- Rapid aluminum tooling, ~3-day molds
- Validation batches of 50–2,000 parts
- Controlled assembly (HEPA + ESD)

Questions engineers ask before ordering.
Something else? Send it with your STEP files and we will answer with your quote.
How fast can I get a quotation?
Within 24 hours. An engineer reviews your STEP or STL files and replies with a quotation, DFM feedback, and a lead time confirmed against your quantities.
What tolerances can you hold?
±0.05 mm is our standard CNC machining tolerance. ±0.02 mm is possible depending on geometry and material — our metrology team confirms it before we quote, so tighter tolerances never arrive as a surprise.
Which materials can you machine or print?
CNC: aluminum 6061/7075, stainless steel 304, brass, copper, 45# carbon steel, ABS, POM, PC, PMMA and PA6.
Printing: SLA resins, SLS PA12/PA11/TPU, engineering FDM up to PEEK, and metal SLM in 304 stainless steel. 316L, titanium and 17-4PH for metal printing are on our roadmap — ask for the current status.
Do you offer injection molding?
Yes — rapid aluminum tooling with 7075 mold cores, running on all-electric presses, including insert molding, for validation batches of 50 to 2,000 parts. For metal parts we also run MIM in Catamold 17-4PH for runs of tens to hundreds. This is rapid tooling for engineering validation and low-volume production.
What inspection comes with my parts?
Every order ships with an inspection report: dimensional results from KEYENCE IM vision metrology and a SHINING 3D FreeScan Combo+ metrology-grade scanner. Tensile testing from 10 to 50 kN, metallographic inspection and surface roughness measurement run in-house. Reliability and environmental testing is quoted per project.
Can you handle finishing and assembly?
In-house: sandblasting and shot blasting, plasma and laser cleaning, and vacuum heat treatment (solution treating and aging). Anodizing, plating and painting run through certified partners. Small-batch assembly happens in a controlled HEPA + ESD environment.
What files should I send for a quote?
STEP or STL files for machined and printed parts, and PDF drawings for tolerances and finishing callouts. Include quantity, material, and any finishing or assembly requirements — the more complete the package, the firmer the quotation.
Who is behind Arterki?
Arterki is the manufacturing-services brand with one engineering team behind every part. Our engineers quote your parts, plan the process route, and stand behind the inspection report in every box.
